I used to question this “freedom” lifestyle myself. I didn’t know if I could truly create a business that replaced my corporate income and allow me to have flexibility in my life, but I wanted to become my own boss more than anything.

I wanted to put my Disneyland annual park pass to use during the week and drink mimosas at my favorite Huntington Beach restaurant on a Tuesday. I wanted to have a business that worked for me, so I didn’t have to be tied to a computer 40+ hours a week.

But I was unaware of how I could tie my HR experience into running a business. I didn’t think that was something HR professionals could do (what a good time to be wrong). While I was incredibly passionate about my role in HR, part of me was itching for more.

As an avid traveler, I craved more than ten vacation days a year and needed to get approval every time I had a commitment during the hours of 9-5. I wanted to spend more than two days on the weekend exploring a new city. It also made vacationing to my favorite destination, Hawaii, a tad difficult.

Quickly I learned that I had valuable skills that other business owners needed. And I can guarantee you do too.

I examined what my skills were and how I could make them marketable, and that’s exactly how this business was born. Well, that and hard work.

When I’m not actively working to make your business successful, you can find me adding avocado to everything on my plate. And I mean everything, even my pizza, but please continue to hold the pineapple.

45 Minute Coaching Call

During this 45 minute call, you can ask me anything! Are you looking for some strategic planning support, or questions on how to become a virtual service provider? Are you wanting to dive into the world of social media management, but are not sure where to start? Do you have questions on how to start your own business, from getting an EIN to setting up a website? I can help!

One you book your mentorship session, I will send you a questionnaire that outlines you business, and what you are looking for help with. This will cover specific topics and questions you have. During our call, we can typically get through 2-3 main topics or pain points. If you believe you have more, then I recommend the 3 month mentorship!

Prior to our call, I will go over the questionnaire, and dive into your questions. I will have answers ready for you, as well as tips, action steps and advice. I will also look at your website, social media and marketing presence to get a better idea of how we can make that perfect.

During our call we will cover the topics you have burning questions on, and organize action steps to get you where you need to be. This is all about you growing and learning! I will share any additional resources that can help your business. By the end of our call, you will walk away with a clear vision of what your next steps are!

After our call, I will send you a post-call workbook. This will include what we covered, action steps, and any additional resources we discussed during our call, or that I think will benefit you!
